Supporting Prisoners' Families

Send Family Link offers a friendly welcome to anyone visiting a friend or relative at HMP Send. Our staff book you in for your visit and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

In our Visitors' Centre we provide comfortable seating, TV, magazines, a children's play area and toilets/baby changing facilities. We offer support and information and will talk with you in confidence if you wish. We can also refer you to other organisations that can help.

Visiting Times

Social visits take place from 2.15 pm to 4.15 pm on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Last entry for visits is 3.30pm.

All social visits must be booked by calling 01483 471033. This phone line is open Monday to Friday 10.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm.
