VISITING INFORMATION
Centre Opening Times
The Visitors' Centre is open from 1.00 pm to 4.30 pm on every visit day.
Hot and cold drinks and snacks are available.
YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE PRISON
The correct Visiting Order and acceptable identification
Approved types of ID are :
Current Driving Licence
Passport
EC identity card
Benefits book
Employer or Student ID
Senior Citizen's transport pass
Alternatively, you must have at least two of the following: birth/marriage
certificate, rail or bus pass with photo, cheque book or credit/debit
card, rent book, foreign identity or resident's card. At least one of
these must have either an address or a photo.
Children and young people under 18 must show one form of ID: passport,
NHS medical card or birth certificate.
You will also need £1 for a locker key deposit and loose change to buy
refreshments in the Visits Hall.

Visiting Times
Social visits take place from 2.15 pm to 4.15 pm on Thursday, Saturday
and Sunday. Last entry for visits is 3.30pm.
All social visits must be booked by calling 01483 471033. This phone
line is open Monday to Friday 10.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm.
