ASSISTANCE WITH TRAVEL COSTS

Help with the cost of travel for prison visits is available for close relatives and partners, or for an offender's sole visitor, when they are in receipt of low income.

For information ask Visitors' Centre staff or call the Assisted Prison Visits Unit on 0845 300 1423.  More information can be found at the Assisted Prison Visit Scheme.
Visiting Times

Social visits take place from 2.15 pm to 4.15 pm on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Last entry for visits is 3.30pm.

All social visits must be booked by calling 01483 471033. This phone line is open Monday to Friday 10.00am to 12.30pm and 2.00pm to 4.30pm.
